A Legacy of Service Since 1970
Teitel Service Bureau, Inc. traces its roots to 1970, when Stephen Stracher began reselling data from the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles on a part-time basis. Recognizing a growing demand for these services, he transitioned the business into a full-time operation in 1974, building a reputation for reliability, accuracy, and responsiveness. He took particular pride in knowing that the information he provided played a meaningful role in supporting successful legal outcomes.
As client needs evolved, the company expanded its offerings to provide a broader range of services, always with a focus on efficiency, consistency, and customer support.
In January 2009, after more than three decades in business, Stephen retired. Prior to his retirement, he personally trained his son-in-law, Jeff, and daughter, Hilary, to carry forward the standards he had established. Together, they assumed leadership of the business and incorporated Teitel Service Bureau, Inc., continuing its long-standing commitment to dependable service and comprehensive support across New York State.
Today, while leadership has evolved, the foundation of the business remains unchanged: a dedication to responsive service, accurate results, and a client-focused approach that has defined the company for over 50 years.
